2. Please submit the application by email or fax.

・Tokubetsu Riyo Shinseisho (Application for Special Use)  
Download from here (sample available)

Note: A document of proposal with details of the publication or program in which the image(s) will be used or broadcast is also required.
Submit the application to Gakugei-ka (Curatorial Section) Gazo Kashidashi Tanto (person in charge of lending images) at touji@apm.or.jp or fax +81-561-84-4932 

3. The Museum will contact the sender to acknowledge the reception of the application form.
Note: If you don’t hear from us within two weeks, please contact us again.

4. A document of approval will be issued.

5. Please submit one copy of the published material (in case of a video, a DVD or other media)
Caution: It may take up to one month to receive the document of approval after the reception of your application.  Please apply sufficiently ahead of time.
