| Description of works | 【Celadon made by the Yuezhou Kilns swept the world】 This jar, presumably modeled after silver or gold tableware, has a large body and a wide open foot, as well as four lugs on its shoulders. The Yuezhou Kilns in the Huanan region produced this high-quality jar bearing a color similar to that of the most luxurious celadon called hisoku (“forbidden color”), which was highly prized worldwide. |
