| 作品解説 | 【作者コメント】8トン余りの土を積みあげながら、わたしが住む“島の大地”について考えた。土の厚み、時の堆積、物事の成層、いきとし生けるもの。願わくは、やがてこの彫刻も植物の種を宿し大地そのものとならむことを。 I thought about the earth of the island I live on as I was piling up the 8 tons of clay used in this sculpture. Thickness of clay, accumulation of time, stratification, all living things. I hope that this sculpture will host seeds that become plants, and will become part of the earth. |
