| 作品解説 | 【作者コメント】作品を作ることは、個人的な企みであると同時に、開かれた共同作業でもあると考えます。構想、制作、展示、それぞれの段階で、先達者の作品や、科学技術、美術館などの機構が、作品の骨格を支えています。この共同作業を最終的に成し遂げるのは、作品を実際に見る人です。タイトルにある「歩行視」とは、そういった視る人の視線と身体の運動態の一様態です。では、作家はというと、それらが通過する箱といったところでしょうか。 Creating is a battle of defying an individual’s uncertainties and opening up a thought. To think--to make, the increments found in various fields of creation are innovations in all fields. Such innovation is much the same as a body’s nervous system supports a backbone. The viewer can become filtered to what is seen, allowing a line to be drawn to ones body. |
