| 作品解説 | 断面が三角形をした二本の棒状石がそれぞれねじれながらカーブを描き、互いにからみ合って力強い空間を形づくっている。技巧を極力排して石のもつ自然さ、素朴さをひき出すことによって、野外空間の中に別種の異空間を表出してみせている。作者は九州を地盤に活躍している彫刻家。 In this piece, each of the two rod-shaped stones with a triangular cross section curves and intertwines with each other to form a powerful space. Minimal application of techniques to maximize the natural simplicity of stone successfully creates a space of another dimension within the outdoor space. The sculptor is actively creating works, based in Kyushu. |
