Description南側より蓮生寺周辺を写した写真。写真中央部少し右上に京王堀之内駅が見える。さらにその上部は、多摩ニュータウン第19住区で、「多摩ニュータウン東山」「堀之内東山」として宅地造成・分譲されました。

本写真は昭和52年（1977）ID933および平成24年（2012）のID16115と比較できます。ID933に写っていた集落のあった谷戸（別所谷戸）の位置は、ID16115では、中央部分に縦に伸びる道沿いの住宅地です。ID16115手前に見える八王子市立別所小学校は、丘陵の丘の部分にあたります。同じく左側に見える松木中も丘の上が造成されて建設されました。ID16115都本写真の比較では、造成中だった第19住区が住宅地になっている点が大きく異なります。

This photo can be compared with ID933 from 1977 and ID16115 from 2012. The location of Yato (Bessho Yato), where the village was located in ID933, is located in ID16115, which is a residential area along a road that runs vertically in the center. ID16115Hachioji City Bessho Elementary School, which can be seen in the foreground, is on the hilly part of the hill. Matsuki Junior High School, which can also be seen on the left, was also built on a hill. A comparison of ID16115 Miyakomoto's photo shows a major difference in that the 19th residential area, which was under construction, is now a residential area.
