| Comment | "Wedjat-eye" was the symbol of the left eye of Horus. Horus was the god of ancient Egypt expressed in the form of falcon. The left eye of Horus was injured when he fought against Set who was the murder of Horus's father, Osiris. After this mythology, amulet of Wedjat-eye was believed as the symbol of insight, rebirth, and regeneration, so that they were slipped into the bandage of mummy in order to pray protection. |
