| Concept | 石をひたすら積み重ねて、造形する事により、「時間の可視化」を試みました。 Concept of the artwork Piling up stones to create a form, I attempted to 'visualise time'. 鑑賞する子供たちへのコメント エジプトのピラミッドやローマのコロッセオ、マチュピチュの石組み等々、世界には多くの石で出来た素晴らしい建造物があります。昔の人々が思いを込めて造った石の建造物に思いを寄せて、現在のピラミッドを制作します。 Message for children There are many wonderful buildings made of stone in the world, such as pyramids in Egypt, Colosseum in Rome and the stone arrangement of Machu Picchu etc. Thinking of those stone buildings which ancient people gave their heart to build, I create a contemporary pyramid. |
