| Concept | 「煌」というテーマにおいて21世紀に向けてのポジティブなイメージをあえて彫刻の中に体現したかった。陽光をうけてきらめく未来、もしかして人間は素晴らしいかもしれない可能性、生きていくうえで一番大事な喜び、それらのイメージを投影し、実在するものとしての生命力を作品に与えるために、鉄を使い建築要素と色彩要素を合理性のある美しさの中で追求し構築させた。又、今回の制作に協力していただいた多くの人々に感謝の意を表したい。 Through the theme of “glitter”, I wanted my sculpture to venture to embody the sense of positivity towards the 21st Century. To project positive images, like a brilliant future blessed by sunshine, a possibility that humankind somehow turns out to be wonderful, and joy – the most essential element in our life –, and to give life to the sculpture so that these positive images feel real, I used iron to pursue architectural elements and the elements of colors in the rational beauty. My sincere gratitude goes to many people who offered generous support to realize this production. |
