| 作品解説 | “After all, tomorrow is another day” は「風とともに去りぬ」の主人公、スカーレットの最後の台詞ですが、彼女は絶望の極みで、“I'll-why, I'll go home to Tara tomorrow,”と叫び、今日とは違う明日が訪れることを信じて故郷のタラへ帰る決意をします。そこには、彼女を勇気付けてくれる懐かしい緑のしげみやわが家、そしてそれらをとりまくかけがえのない風景があるからです。 「帰ってきた」には、帰るべき場所があり、そこには、ほっとできる寛げる空間と、古めかしくて他人にとってはどうということもないわが家や記憶に残る建造物があり、その向うに見える風景さえもかけがえのないものである、という物語がこめられています。 制作にあたっては、風景が自然に目にはいるように、石の存在感を強くしすぎないことに注意をはらいました。 "After all, tomorrow is another day.", the last words of Scarlet on stage, with the saving words told "I'll-why, I'll go home to Tara tomorrow". Today is not tomorrow, framing a belief in a home gave her courage. The warmth of familiar surroundings, a wrapping of a landscape gave her hope.
