| 作品解説 | 方形と曲面を混在させたステンレス彫刻。方形の内部がくりぬかれて、曲面を構成する手前の軸が回転しながら内部へと移動するように見えるが決して動く彫刻ではない。後ろ側にはのぞき穴のようなものがあり、そこから見える風景は光の作用でかえってこの彫刻が大きな広がりを持っているかに錯覚する。 The stainless sculpture consists of a mixture of rectangular and curved surfaces. The rectangle features a hollow within it, making the frontal axis forming a curve and adding a visual effect of rotation and inward movement, but this is not a moving sculpture. There is a peephole on the backside, from where the scenery creates an illusion caused by the trick of the light that the sculpture has a vast expanse. |
