| 作品解説 | 寛政2年11月市村座の絵本番付である。絵本番付は、芝居の内容を絵で描き、役名と役者名、簡単なあらすじなどを配した小冊子で、芝居小屋や茶屋などで売り出された。本絵本番付は無款であるが、春朗の特徴的な面貌表現などがみられる。また、春朗はこの時の瀬川菊之丞が演じた大塔宮の霊魂を描いた細判錦絵や浄瑠璃「恋癖仮妻菊」の正本表紙絵も手がけている。 |
