    Description：This photo was taken from above what is now Tama Central Park. The year after this photo was taken, the station area opened, including the ``Okanoue Plaza.'' The steel tower visible behind the station is the Sanbonmatsu steel tower. The Matsugaya Danchi is on the left and the Kashima Danchi is on the right across the road that passes under the elevated bridge. Chuo University is in the upper left corner, and the Matsugaya water tower is below it.

    Description：A photo taken from the south side of Tama Central Park, Parthenon Tama, and the Tama Center Station area. At this time, the former Nishiochiai Elementary School was used as the main building of the Tama City Library. You can also see the 19 residential areas under development in the upper left. This photo can be compared with ID6594 taken in 1988. At the bottom left of ID6594, you can see the Tokyo Welfare Pension Health Promotion Center ``Wel Sun Pier Tama,'' which opened in 1987, and the pool. ``Wel Sun Pier Tama'' was closed in March 2010 due to reforms by the Social Insurance Agency.

    Description：This is a photo taken from the south side of Tama Central Park, Parthenon Tama, and the Tama Center Station area. This photo can be compared with ID6594 taken in 1988 and ID16131 taken in 2012. At the bottom left of ID6594, you can see the Tokyo Welfare Pension Health Promotion Center ``Wel Sun Pier Tama,'' which opened in 1987, and the pool. "Wel Sun Pier Tama" was closed in March 2010 due to reforms of the Social Insurance Agency. As of ID16131, the former Nishiochiai Elementary School was being used as the main building of the Tama City Library, but on July 1, 2023, the Tama City Central Library opened in a corner of the Tama Central Library. This photo is taken immediately after the main library building was moved to the Central Library.

    Description(JPN)：南側上空より多摩中央公園を撮影した写真です。 本写真は平成15年（2003)撮影の「落合～多摩センター駅周辺（東南側）」（ID6882）と比較することができます。ID6882では左下に「ウェルサンピア多摩」（東京厚生年金健康づくりセンター サンピア多摩）があります。ウェルサンピア多摩は昭和62年（1987）に開館し、宿泊施設やプールなどを備えていました。平成22年（2010）3月に閉館しました。この年5月に桜美林大学が建物を活用して「桜美林大学アカデミーヒルズ」をオープンさせましたが、プールなどはその後解体されました。 そのほかにも、特に写真左側部分にはKDDIリンクフォレスト、長谷工マンションミュージアム等大型の建物やマンションが建設されたことが、本写真からわかります。
    Description：This is a photo of Tama Central Park taken from above on the south side. This photo can be compared with "Ochiai - Tama Center Station area (southeast side)" (ID6882) taken in 2003. At ID6882, "Well Sunpia Tama" (Tokyo Employees' Pension Health Promotion Center Sunpia Tama) is located at the bottom left. Well Sun Pier Tama opened in 1987 and was equipped with accommodation facilities and a pool. It closed in March 2010. In May of this year, Oberlin University utilized the building to open Oberlin University Academy Hills, but the pool and other facilities were subsequently demolished. In addition, you can see from this photo that large buildings and condominiums such as the KDDI Link Forest and Haseko Mansion Museum were constructed, especially on the left side of the photo.

    Description(JPN)：松が谷駅を南側から撮影した写真です。 本写真は、平成11年（1999）11月「南側（多摩センター駅）上空より日野・町田線と多摩都市モノレール松が谷駅」（ID7185）と比較することができます。多摩モノレールが多摩センター駅まで開通したのは、ID7185からまもない平成12年（2000）のことです。開通後、駅周辺の開発も進み、ID7185で緑地が目立つ部分は、「きらぼし銀行多摩研修センター」「セコムHDセンター多摩」「京西グループテクニカルセンター」などが建てられました。また、旧・八王子市立三本松小学校は、平成18年（2006）にデジタルハリウッド大学八王子キャンパスとなりました。
    Description：This is a photo taken from the south side of Matsugaya Station. This photo can be compared with "Hino/Machida Line and Tama Urban Monorail Matsugaya Station from the south side (Tama Center Station) from above" (ID7185) taken in November 1999. The Tama Monorail opened to Tama Center Station in 2000, shortly after ID7185. After the opening, development around the station progressed, and in the prominent green space at ID7185, buildings such as ``Kiraboshi Bank Tama Training Center,'' ``Secom HD Center Tama,'' and ``Keisei Group Technical Center'' were built. In addition, the former Hachioji City Sanbonmatsu Elementary School became the Digital Hollywood University Hachioji Campus in 2006.
