Description南側上空より多摩中央公園を撮影した写真です。

本写真は平成15年（2003)撮影の「落合～多摩センター駅周辺（東南側）」（ID6882）と比較することができます。ID6882では左下に「ウェルサンピア多摩」（東京厚生年金健康づくりセンター サンピア多摩）があります。ウェルサンピア多摩は昭和62年（1987）に開館し、宿泊施設やプールなどを備えていました。平成22年（2010）3月に閉館しました。この年5月に桜美林大学が建物を活用して「桜美林大学アカデミーヒルズ」をオープンさせましたが、プールなどはその後解体されました。

そのほかにも、特に写真左側部分にはKDDIリンクフォレスト、長谷工マンションミュージアム等大型の建物やマンションが建設されたことが、本写真からわかります。
DescriptionThis is a photo of Tama Central Park taken from above on the south side.

This photo can be compared with "Ochiai - Tama Center Station area (southeast side)" (ID6882) taken in 2003. At ID6882, "Well Sunpia Tama" (Tokyo Employees' Pension Health Promotion Center Sunpia Tama) is located at the bottom left. Well Sun Pier Tama opened in 1987 and was equipped with accommodation facilities and a pool. It closed in March 2010. In May of this year, Oberlin University utilized the building to open Oberlin University Academy Hills, but the pool and other facilities were subsequently demolished.

In addition, you can see from this photo that large buildings and condominiums such as the KDDI Link Forest and Haseko Mansion Museum were constructed, especially on the left side of the photo.
