Description尾根幹線側から東側に向けて鶴牧・落合地区を撮影した写真です。手前に写るプールと建物は、多摩市立温水プール「アクアブルー多摩」。その隣にKDDI東京技術センター、さらに隣に東京国際ゴルフ倶楽部の建物があります。その隣は、2023年には唐木田送信局舎の建設予定地となっています。

本写真は昭和63年（1988）撮影のID6597および平成24年（2012）撮影のID16132と比較することができます。手前側の街並みは本写真とID6597で大きな変化はありませんが、左奥（左上部）の多摩センター駅周辺地区はID6597と比べると大型建造物が著しく増えています。多摩センター駅周辺地区の開発が、南部の鶴牧地区に比べるとやや遅かったことが見て取れます。
DescriptionThis photo was taken of the Tsurumaki/Ochiai area from the main ridge side toward the east. The pool and building in the foreground are Tama City's heated pool, Aqua Blue Tama. Next to it is the KDDI Tokyo Technology Center, and next door is the Tokyo International Golf Club building. Next door is the planned construction site for the Karakida transmitting station building in 2023.

This photo can be compared with ID6597 taken in 1988 and ID16132 taken in 2012. The cityscape in the foreground is not much different between this photo and ID6597, but the area around Tama Center Station in the back left (upper left) has a marked increase in large buildings compared to ID6597. It can be seen that the development of the area around Tama Center Station was somewhat slower than that of the Tsurumaki area in the south.
