概要昭和25年に大蔵省から所管替えを受けた際の記録と思われる冊子。前半は土地、工作物、建物、樹木の数量や規模・用途を示す表がある。樹木の項目は幹周ごとに本数が記録されている。後半は苑地や建物の現況及び望ましい整備について記載されている。特に旧九条邸跡庭園、近衛邸跡庭園、縣井については詳細に書かれており、それによると縣井は照憲皇太后誕生地旧一条邸跡（御苑外）にあったものを苑内の旧一条邸内に移して保存しているものとのこと。

概要（英語）This booklet is thought to be a record of when the jurisdiction of Kyoto Gyoen National Garden was transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 1950. The first half contains a table showing the assets such as land, buildings, and other structures, as well as the quantity, size, and use of trees. For each tree, the number of trees is recorded by trunk circumference. The second half describes the current state of the gardens and buildings, as well as desirable maintenance. In particular, it goes into detail about Garden at Site of the Konoe Residence, Garden at Site of the Kujo Residence, and Agatai Well. For example, it says that Agatai Well was located on the site of the former Ichijo residence (outside the grounds of Kyoto Gyoen National Garden), the birthplace of Empress Shoken（1849-1914）, but has been moved to the former Ichijo residence within Kyoto Gyoen National Garden and preserved there.
