概要閑院宮邸跡建物が「御苑会館」または「児童会館」と呼ばれ、南側の一部が京都府民生部の運営する保育施設として使用（昭和24年10月開始）されていたころの図面。児童休憩室、遊戯室、音楽室といった記載がある。図面上の番号6～10周辺が保育施設、21～24周辺が京都御苑管理事務所だった。その後、それ以外（3,5,11.12.14など）の部屋を京都御苑保存会（昭和30年12月設立）が利用するようになったため、3組織が一つの建物ですみ分けていた時期があったとみられる。京都御苑管理事務所は昭和40年に新庁舎へ移動、保育施設は昭和47年4月から休園、昭和48年7月に正式に廃止となった。
資料名（英語）Floor plan of Site of the Kan-in no Miya Residence
概要（英語）This is a floor plan of Site of the Kan-in no Miya Residence when it was called the "Children's Hall" or "Gyoen Kaikan”: Kyoto Gyoen National Garden Hall. Part of the south side was used as a childcare facility operated by the welfare Department of Kyoto Civil Affairs. It is noted that it was a children's rest room, a playroom, and a music room. The area around numbers 6 to 10 on the plan was the childcare facility, and the area around numbers 21 to 24 was the Kyoto Gyoen National Garden Office. Later, the other rooms (3, 5, 11, 12, 14, etc.) were used by the Association for Preservation of National Gardens Kyoto Gyoen (established in December 1955), so it seems that there was a time when the three organizations used the same building in separate sections. || The childcare facility opened in October 1949, closed in April 1972, and was officially closed in July 1973. ||The Kyoto Gyoen National Garden Office moved to a new dedicated office building in 1965.
