| Explanation | I Ketut Sadia was born in Bali, Indonesia and graduated from a school of painting in Batuan, Bali. The painting depicts a magnificent funeral in Bali. Foreign tourists looking over and taking pictures of the funeral are also included. Looking closer, we find even more contemporary motifs in this traditional funeral. The artist presents the world of Bali as captured by his eyes in this panting. |
