| 作品解説 | 我々は自然物、人工物といった、あらゆる物の中で生活しています。そこで私はそれらの物が持つ、精神的、科学的存在としての物質に注目しました。その物質を芸術という思考によって表現できないかと考えました。そこで、物質に宿る精神的なイメージや現象を封入し本来とは異なった角度から物を見せることで、物を超え物質を意識させる作品をつくりました。このような制作を通し"物質と人間の新たな関係"の可能性を示そうとするものです。 We live surrounded by various objects, including the natural and the artificial. I started paying attention to matter, and its scientific and mental actuality. I wondered if I could express matter through art. Through showing the mental images and phenomena that are enclosed in matter from a different angle, I made a work that aims to make us more conscious of matter than objects. It is a work that tries to illuminate the possibilities of "a new relationship between people and matter." |
