| 作品解説 | １出品作品コンセプト 例えば雲は、重さがあるにもかかわらず宙に漂う。 形を変えながら浮遊し、日を遮り、雨を降らせ、消える。そこには微粒子や空気中の成分、温度や湿度、気圧や風などの物理的な作用も関係している。 視覚で捉えられない事象や法則に関心を寄せて、それらを面白がって眺めたり、観察したり、想像したりして、形にしてみる。 自然が生み出す形体や現象を作品に取り込んで制作している。 Clouds appear as if the have weight but float in space. They float as they change shape, cross the sun, make it rain, and then disappear. There are tiny particles, and air particles, and physical effects like temperature, humidity, air pressure and wind are also involved. I’m interested in the phenomena and rules that we can’t catch sight of, and watch them with interest, observe them, imagine something and give it form. I’m making this piece to embody the shapes and phenomena that nature forms. ２鑑賞する子供たちへのコメント 雲はいつも私たちの上に在ります。 地上にあるものは雲のもとに存在します。 手の届かない、間近で感じることのできない高さにある雲（存在）について考えてみる。 未知（存在）のものに思いを馳せて、眺めてみる。 注意深く観察する。 さらに覗いてみる。 見上げた雲の先にはまだ見ぬ世界が広がっています。 Clouds are always above us. The things that are above the earth are at the foot of the clouds. Think about clouds (existence), out of our reach, at a height we can’t feel is close by. Think fondly about unknown (existence) and gaze on. Observe it very carefully. Peer some more. Beyond the clouds you’re looking up at is a world you’ve never seen before. |
