| 作品解説 | 小品だが児童公園の中で今も幼児たちの遊び相手となっている。幼児らはこれにまたがり宇宙へ飛び立つ夢を見る。細部にかまわずほとんど抽象性で成り立っている。63年の「全国彫刻コンクール応募展」の応募出品作で宇部市野外彫刻美術館賞を得た。現在、中央銀天街、ぎんてんプラザの公園に設置。 While being small, it still functions as a play tool in the children’s park. Infants mount on the bird and take a flight to the space in their imagination. Without having any details, the work is almost a pure abstract. It was an entry for the National Sculpture Competition in 1963, where it won Ube City Open-air Sculpture Museum Award. Presently, it is installed in Ginten Plaza Park along the Central Ginten-gai Street. |
