| Concept | 【作者コメント】自然と人の営みとの関係を形にした作品です。公園の立樹を自然に例えそれをとりまく無数の金属の棒は人の営為です。人の営みが無限の恩恵を与えてくれる自然に対し高圧的、破壊的でなく優しく寄り添う姿を金属の棒の曲線で、金属の穂は人の営みが実り、実を付け頭を垂れ自然に対し感謝し謙虚な姿を示しています。（1997年制作の「共生」が自然と人の営みを対比同等に示した作品に次ぐシリーズです。） It is a symbiosis of nature and the works of man. The trees are nature, and the metal rods are manufactured. In response to the various destructive and oppressive processes of manufacturing, the rods show a sense of modesty by their bow. |
