It looks like a topknot growing out of the earth in the middle of plants. It catches the wind and winds it up again while flowing it lightly. Its appearance of standing with a slight inclination makes you feel some kind of strangeness. It has an elliptical cross section that draws a soft curve and faces clearly in the sky, left and right edge lines, and several parts of aluminum alloy are stacked. It is located at the foot of a bridge along the Majime River, diagonally in front of Ube City Hall, and is now familiar as a symbol of the town.
